Good, but simple

It makes good coffee, but it doesn't have alot of options

i've had multiple different coffee and espresso makers and this one is the best. It's currently in my office at work. i've gone from a normal k-cup to an illy machine and now to this. The main difference i see when i view all three is how fast this machine makes my espresso or coffee. My illy would normally take roughly about 45 second to 1 min from when i put the pod in to when my coffee is pouring. This machine does it all in about 15-20sec. Might not seem like a big difference but when you are running late or just want a coffee ASAP and don't want to wait for the water to heat up this is GOLDEN. Another thing that i love is that i can set the amount of coffee that comes out. I have my coffee mug and espresso cup at work and with this machine i have it set up so it goes right to top of both glasses, really it's about 1 mm from the top, but either way it's a very useful function that doesn't get talked about often. Overall, this Nespresso is TOP of the line! if you are thinking about getting one, just stop and buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome espresso/coffee maker! Nespresso is impossibly expensive for what you get, so be ready to pay 2x or 3x on coffee over 2-4 months.
Poor Quality of Nespresso Machine

Very disappointed with the product. The product was poorly packaged without any styrofoam encasing the actual nespresso. I'm hoping it works. Additionally, the nespresso did not come with a user manual so I'm hoping all the pieces are there. I am aware that I selected a refurbished product; however, did not expect such poor quality and to see residual coffee in the machine. Awaiting nespresso pods and will update on its functionality.
