Don't freak out when you 1st open the box. The wedge pillow is vacuum packed. I took it out of the plastic & tried to get it to fill out, but it wouldn't. We left for the afternoon & when we got home, it was all filled out. I have low back AND knee issues & sleeping with this wedge has helped immensely.

Nice product, firm foam with nice zippered cover for cleaning. Instructions advise letting it air out for several hours to eliminate any odors (not needed in my case) and to wait 48 hours for the pillow to regain its full shape (tho it is fully usable immediately). This is due to it being vacuum packed/compressed into a small shipping box. Don't know how anyone could get it back into the box if it had to be returned. Much care is needed in cutting off the vacuum wrap without damaging the pillow when unpacking.

SOLVED: Donate it to charity such as GoodWill or Salvation Army.The plastic bag in which it was rolled up tightly is large enough to fit the full shape of the product. Put the unused foam wedge in the large plastic bag and tape shut. Before taping shut, I collapsed the original box and included it in the bag so that the re-purchaser will have needed information.

I found this wedge to be very comfortable. I used it with a pillow under my neck and pillows under my arms and legs after my double mastectomy for breast cancer. It was the perfect angle for both watching tv in bed and sleeping. Not too high or low. I would definitely purchase again.
