Backpack, purse and a soft pencil case comes with the set. I thought the middle sized bag was a lunch bag but it's more like a purse. Adorable colors and patterns. Sturdy material - will not tear even with heavy books inside the backpack. Only feedback is I wish the side pockets were a little deeper. Other than that, it's a great buy
