This thing is great, plenty of space for anything you may need to take with you. The ability to change the interior compartment shape and size is a fantastic feature and the side pockets on all sides are spacious and can fit lots of different gear.

This bag fits everything I need. It holds ear muffs, ear plugs, ammo, magazines, firearm, glasses, holsters, and more! You can at least carry 3 pistols safely in here. It is waterproof which is nice because everything I go to the range it seems to start raining. The price is reasonable, it carries a lot, and it's a great looking bag.

Well padded bag designed for pistol shooters

I purchased this bag to replace my gear bag made by Nexpak (Mens 18" Inch Duffel Molle Tactical Gear Shoulder Strap Travel Bag ,also purchased on Amazon) because I am not very happy with it. The Nexpak bag is cheaper and wider, but the fabric is very thin and it has no padding, plus it has very few pockets and no dividers, the whole bag makes me feel it is very cheaply made, definite not recommend it.
On the other hand, this new range bag made by SoarOwl is designed for carrying pistols and it has many, many pockets! I counted 12 pockets for pistol magazines and a handy side vertical pocket for badges and papers, also the zippers on the side long pockets can be locked, so you can store firearms inside legally when transporting them in a car.
The whole bag is fully added and it comes with many divider pieces with velcro strips, organizing the bag compartments is very easy. So far I am loving this new bag and will keep updating the review later.

Great quality and roomy to fit a ton of gear

I love the bag way better than the backpack I was using. They give you a ton of dividers to customize the interior any way you could imagine. The two outside pockets that hold mags can easily be locked with small TSA cable locks available on Amazon. I put two handguns in Uncle Mikes Pistol Rugs in the center of the big pocket when going to range or competing that way they are easy to get to and zipped up to keep the RO happy. My only improvement would be to have the zippers that go around the big top opening also be able to be locked. In the Peoples Republic of NJ they want everything double triple locked while transporting.
