This is a good product but I think the price is high. You may be able to get cheaper by looking at active ingredients, buying separately IF price is an issue for you (like it is for me)
Buy Ibuprofen & the other 2 ingredients AND you may have even more to take than what is given in this package.
But then you'd be taking 3 pills vs 1 HOWEVER IF PRICE is an issue you do what you have to do.

I love this product & would have given 5 stars if it came in a 20ct bottle or box, but I received 10 2pks which is more difficult to store and not as listed in description. The product works fast, but harsh on the stomach. There has to be food in my stomach or it hurts.
