The photos don't show it, but the other side is terry and very absorbent too. They look great and work great. I have gotten a couple very dirty on the white terry side but they came out of the wash white. I think they might fade over time with washings like most things do but after about 5 washings, they still look like new. I take them directly out of the dryer and they do NOT wrinkle all up like other towels. They lay nice and flat and fold easily. I love these towels and would buy again, recommend, and give as a gift. 5 stars!
