I purchased this produce with a friend's recommendation, and she was right, there is no weird taste to this product.
You only need to use a pinch if you are sweetening a beverage. I have not used it in cooking yet, but my friend does, and this is her favorite non-sugar sweetener.
It would be great if it came in single use packets to take to work, but I will find a container for it.
