I've been searching for a winter coat with the insulated vest like my old one has... the warmest coat I've ever owned, but it was a bit small last year. Afraid meds have made my weight soar so need to replace! This a not a full vest of insulation but the closest I could find. I'm sure that's because I didn't want to spend a small fortune! The large fit as expected, I had a sweatshirt on under it. In a 65 ° house I couldn't keep it on for long! sleeves a bit too long. Pockets inside & out are great. Only thing I don't like it the helmet hood ! All the coats I looked at have a ugly helmet hood this year !

I'm from FL and needed a new ski jacket for spring (March) skiing in Colorado. Options are very limited down here (obviously), and since I have not been skiing in about 10 years, I did not want to pay a lot for a jacket that may be worn for a trip or two at most. This jacket was very comfortable and perfect for spring skiing. It was warm, but to be fair the weather only dipped into the 20s/teens one day, and I had two underlayers on. My previous ski jackets had down feathers in them, so I think if you are purchasing for extremely cold, you would need an underlayer as the Andorra jacket is not filled with feathers/down. Another great feature is the sleeves with the thumb holes to protect your hands under your gloves. I purchased the purple jacket in size Large. I am 5'4" and 180 lbs with curvy bottom, and the jacket fit perfectly. The color was exactly as pictured. I wanted something easy to see on the slopes so my friends could find me in case I needed help, LOL.

I purchased this jacket for my daughter for snowboarding and loved it so much I got one for me for skiing. This is a great jacket for the price. Lightweight for running errands or on the slopes. Look at the product detail, there are many highend features. I especially love the many pockets, thumb holes that fit under my gloves and zippered vents in the underarms. I was not familiar with this brand before and I love it! My daughter is 5'7" 110lbs an she wears a medium. I am 5'8" 175 lbs and wear the XL. I initially ordered a L but wanted some extra room to layer so went with the XL instead.

I have gotten compliments on this jacket every time I've gone skiing with it. It is more than attractive, though. It is very comfortable, and has features that you usually only find in more high-end (expensive) product. The reflective interior makes it extremely warm - I actually took off a layer of clothes because I got overheated wearing it in 20 degree weather. Still, it has under arm vents for just this reason, and I used them to great relief! Multiple zippered pockets hold anything you need, and the sleeve pocket for the lift ticket is great. My ski buddies "never heard of" the brand (neither did I), but it has proven to be the best ski jacket I've ever had. Highly recommend this jacket

Love this jacket. It's really warm & has all of the features I like. Especially the pit-zips, removable hood, & the little pocket on the sleeve is great to keep chapstick, cough drops, etc. handy, along with other small items if desired.
All of the pockets are well placed & the material is very durable.
I love the soft lining on the inside of the pockets & the high neck that you can zip up to cover part of your face.
It's outstanding for downhill skiing & just an all around winter jacket.
I'm 5' 3" & currently a size 8, 149 lbs., & ordered both a M & a L, as I wasn't sure which would fit the best.
The M is a great fit & length for me as it's not too short.
There is room for an extra layer if I wanted, but for skiing in temps above 0-degrees F., it would be too hot since the jacket is plenty warm on its own.
One thing that would have been nice to have is a double zipper, so before I sit I could unzip from the bottom (I have a bit of a booty right now at my weight!), but it's fine without, as in my experience, double zips don't always hold up that well over time.
I'm very pleased with the performance of this jacket!
