I mounted these to a brush guard on a 1996 jeep cherokee. Bolted straight to the holes on the brush guard. Wiring is simple, but did not match the diagram in the photos. I wired them to a relay kit from K suspension to come on with my headlights. Hi and lo beams function as they should, I did not hook up the DRLs but I did bench test them and they do function.
They are stamped with DOT and SAE, so they are street legal for headlights, but make sure you aim them properly as they are BRIGHT.

Seems to be a good quality product, the running light portion are so dim, you can't tell they are on, but the driving light portion are far brighter than my bright headlights.

I installed the lights on my 1999 jeep Cherokee. they look great and are really bright.
I was disappointed by the cheapness of the bolts, nuts and mounting brackets. The nuts were an odd size, not quite 14mm or 13mm nor 1/2in. I would recommend getting higher grade stainless hardware at home depot.
