It works with your Bluetooth on your phone. Down load the app and input your vital stats. Name, height, weight and your off!! My 1st full day wearing it, I've gotten in 16,000 steps. Pulse, bp and calories burned is AWESOME!! I also love that there are 2 bands!

I am a somewhat active person and I go to the gym several times a week. I really wanted a way to know how many calories I am burning, how many steps I am taking and my heart rate. This does all of those things perfectly, and so much more. I love being able to monitor my blood pressure throughout the day and the amount of sleep I am getting. It is also comfortable to wear, which is essential for me. Overall, I love this product and am constantly recommending it to everyone I know!

This is a very nice COLORED screen fitness tracker. Besides all the awesome features, like heart rate, calorie burn, steps it can also measure your blood pressure. This is the first watch where I can actually READ the messages in a decent font size without my glasses. Bluetooth connecting was very easy. Nice feature is when you keep the control button pressed you can pick from some cool looking themes to show time etc. What I didn't expect to come with was a complete new band in different color set, with mini screw driver to replace it. Now you can change up the looks sometimes. Very nice feature! Nice piece of top notch technology.
