It does what I wanted it to do. My second toe on my right foot is thick and hard to trim, but these worked nicely. They come in a nice little black velour type bag w drawstring, all inside a metal black cylinder. You won't lose these if you just keep them in the black cylindrical container.

For as long as I can remember, I have had difficulties with getting my weird claw-like big toe nails into regular clippers. Super sharp which is what your want in a nail clipper. These are a hinge style clipper, as shown in the picture, which I believe give it a better leverage. As shown in the picture they are a bit larger than your "common" type clipper. The areas that are made for your flingers are a bit flared out which makes it easier to hold.
