I've had these for a couple of months now and have put them through the dishwasher multiple times without issue! The best part is that you don't have to use each piece but can if you want to"¦ I've been able to pre-pack for the week with protein in the bottom screw on part and water in the cup, throw them in the fridge at home and work! Cup shows ounces which is convenient. The blender piece stays situated at the top of the cup and does a good job mixing. Only complaint is that sometimes som powder gets lumped to the blender piece but it's not much and is to be expected. Highly recommend!

I use the smaller one for protein shakes & the larger one for water. The spiral shaker works excellently for mixing my protein powder to the liquid.
My only negative is that the portion markers, 5oz./etc., on the cups is the same color as the cups; so it is nearly impossible to read the amount of liquid in the cup.
