Easy to install, since many comments refer to loud noise, was surprised at how much quieter it is then expected... but the dumbest issue came up... tried to knock out the 1/2" and the entire box caved in as the knot out doesn't seem to have been cut deep enough.... will have to drill it out....

I don't normally write reviews, if it works as advertised, it's supposed to. However, the wiring diagram on this particular motor is either incorrect or the wire labels are. I had to reverse wires T5 and T8 to get the proper rotation in my case CW. Word to the wise, test the rotation prior to tidying it up and mounting. The motor is quiet and powerful for now. Just installed it so longevity testing is on going. The mounting plate was pretty bent up but no biggie. It is a replacement for my Craftsman 10" table saw. Hope this helps.

There was a problem with the thermal reset and the company has sent me out a new motor to replace it with minimum hassle and a very quick turn over time.
