I've stayed up for 48 hours on these. I was so glad I had them. They kept me awake and my heart rate stayed normal. I didn't have a nasty crash. Of course I don't do that often, but even for a regular day, they give me another couple of hours of alertness. I just wish they had more variety packs. Another thing that could be better is amazon price is $6 more than Sam's Club, and you get 3 less cans on Amazon. So there's that.
Good…but I prefer a couple other brands
