I participate in legal deer nuisance hunts. When there's snow on the ground you can see deer come to bait. But without it it's dark and you can't see. Bait isn't normal and deer are skittish here. I've found the light itself makes them even more alert. So I've adapted this devise as a sensor to alert me that there's motion at the bait. I turn on only 1 light. Cover both lights with a piece of black Zip tape.( light still comes through 1 piece) then I take a second small piece and cover the bottom of the light. The light that comes through doesn't light the ground, nor alert deer. But it Does alert me that there's motion at the bait. I then turn on my night vision and I'm ready to shoot. In the dark where I see nothing

This Blind Sider-X2 dual LED feeder/bait light is amazing! It's made by Elusive Wildlife Technologies , and is the best light on the market. It lights up the side of the animal to make a perfect shot in your situation. No light will ever beat it. What a great product!
