I started contact juggling with this sphere, and I'm very pleased. It's dropped onto many things, and it's never gotten a dent, even from the sharp corners of stair steps! Some light surface scuffing occurs, but it comes off by rubbing it with a damp paper towel. The weight is very good, and it seems to be solid acrylic.

It's pretty Durable. I dropped it quite a few times it didn't crack or shatter it just gets a little scuffed up but after wiping those scuffs even hardly noticed they're there it's very clear and smooth you can't see any bubbles or marks in the inside of the ball! It is definitely worth it.
