The media could not be loaded. It was out of the box and working in about 5 minutes. Simply tighten the tube at both ends with the provided clamps, drop it in the water, and plug in both the light and pump (separate plugs). It is stunning and gives us the water feature we wanted for our small 20' x 15' inground pool.

Easy to put together. Get the pump net as well or you'll have to clean the nozzle every 2 days. Looks awesome at night with its rotating colors. Nice fountain for the price. Unfortunately the light ring has failed twice now in about 6 months of use. LEDs just drop out one or more lights. Buy the 3 year warranty to protect you from that expense.

A guy there hunts down a part for a relatively inexpensive out of stock item and ships it same day! Not to tell you what to do but I'd order from Amazing Pond SuppliesÂ®ï¸ if I were you. Nice work. Very impressive.

This is a very nice fountain. I used it in a 25x30 pond and it works well. I would rate it 5 stars except for one issue. This pump requires a mesh bag to cover the pump or it will likely continue to clog. I ordered a JAPI 14.5 x 15 and placed this on the pump. From that point on the pump continued to shoot up perfectly around 4 ft high with no clogging issues. So spend an extra $12.59 put a mesh bag on it, and you will be very pleased with this fountain.
