As part of kitchen remodel, I was looking for an oil rubbed bronze sip to use with my water filter system in my sink. This sip is not expensive and beautifully matches my oil rubbed bronze faucet. It did have a slow drip once it was installed, but customer service was excellent and I quickly received the replacement part for free. I would highly recommend working with this company!

There is very little to say bad about this purchase. Delivery was on time, the installation was easy (considering my age, DIY ability, and physical dexterity), the unit is heavy-duty construction, and it passed my wife's inspection. The only problem is the unit does not completely shut the water off in the closed or off position. There is a small but noticeable drip. The drip does not interfere with the operation of the RO system it is just a nuisance. This is the reason for the four-star rating.
