This Whisk Wiper makes cleaning the whisk, so much easier...I make mostly home made butter, imagine trying to clean off every wire that is greasy from the butter, put this on, raise it to the point of the top edge of the bowl, this also helps keep the sloshing, and splashing mess INSIDE the bowl instead of the sides and counter top...when your done, just pop the whisk out, slide this down the whisk, Bazinga Baybeeeee
