GOOD POINTS-
You can fit a DSLR with a battery grip, IF you reconfigure and place the camera at the bottom of the pack aiming upwards. This is a safer posistion anyways when you open.
WHAT CAN I FIT- (After moving the padding) NIKON DSLR with grip attached (obviously) a 40mm macro, a manual wide angle 28mm, a 105mm, Speedlight and reflector, 2 filter packs, which could be swapped out for a compact Qubo tripod. And a baggie of "stuff"
So enough for a days worth of shooting.
DOWNSIDE-
The side pocket does not Velcro closed, so your items could fall out. The tripod pocket for the legs could be a little deeper and the straps for the tripod need to be further apart, vertically. Putting in a 65' tripod, it sticks out, so... I've found myself attaching a length of paracord to hold across the top.
The interior pocket does not Velcro closed. Come on... So, put your items into a baggie or they will go flying.
And the front straps need a tab grab.
SUMMATION-
It's a decent pack. Not for overseas travel, unless you're travelling light and you know you're going light. For anything local where you're driving to it's fine. I'm going to have to paracord tweak spots on the pack to make it work better.

Excellent Roomy Camera bag

I got Canon EOS 1000 camera for Christmas and needed a case for me for both everyday use but also if I were to travel back to FL to visit my extended family still living there, this fit the requirements for me carrying & protecting my camera. I have additional space for future lens purchases and the ability to change the configuration as I need for them. I only wish the stripes with the Velcro was a little wider and sturdier.
Great size

So far I love it! My old camera bag none of the zippers worked, so I was in need of something to help protect my camera & lenses. I love that it has a place to put my laptop. The only tiny flaw is that tripod velcro doesn't shrink small enough to hold my tripod in place.
Perfect for new photographers

The bag is Exactly as it is shown in the posting. My one complaint is I have absolutely no idea how the little usb on the side works (I've attempted many different things through trial and error) and it doesn't appear to come with any instruction on how to use that and it doesn't charge my phone like it shows. Otherwise the bag inside on the front is plenty spacious and you can make more space if needed through the Velcro "walls" or dividers. The tripod space is very snug and will hold onto your tripod well. As for the laptop space it's a fantastic addition!
Another gripe I have with this bag is it's adjustable straps where you can adjust it and then it can come looser than what you may want, otherwise this is a wonderful beginner bag and I highly recommend!
