Update: I'm editing my review because I received a message from Dr. Bo himself, he gave me reasons and suggestions to try and I definitely am going too. I've never received such amazing customer service and that definitely warrants 5 stars!
I have been taking this for over 2 years now and up until above 3 mo ths ago it was working perfectly and the only thing I have ever tried that has made me have regular bm's. I never had any cramping or discomfort with it. I haven't changed anything so I'm not sure why it's not helping anymore. I've tried increasing my dose but that hasn't seemed to help either. I just ordered another bottle (said I have purchased this 27 times) to see if I go back to normal but if I dnt then I probably won't purchase again. I don't have any older bottles but I'm wondering if the ingredients have changed at all

These do an okay job of painlessly moving out some of the poo, but you do need to drink a lot of water with it, which can be annoying before bed because I have to get up a couple times to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
