I searched for this to replace my mother's old West Bend slow cooker she purchased in the late "˜80s. She was so upset when it started taking longer to heat and then the lid cracked. 1987(ish)-2023 that sucker worked and worked hard!!! She was so thrilled when I found they still made them but in a "pretty" color! It works perfectly and she is thrilled with the improved lid and the carry bag.

Really like this slow cooker, however, the anti-stick material on the inside of the pan is peeling away in splotches. No, haven't used any metal utensils in the pan. West bend just needs to fix the issue so we can use the pan. West bend sent out a new cooking pan to replace the pan that peeled. Thank you
