This worked for me and I am so happy with this product.
Five months ago, I took a very hard fall on my kitchen floor and fractured five pelvic bones. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't walk without a walker. I also couldn't have a normal bowel movement. Apparently, the pelvic "floor" (yes there is such a thing) can have quite an effect on one's elimination process and mine was very affected. Plus, I was on pain killers and that prevents normal bowel movements as well.

Need to drink a lot of water with it

These do an okay job of painlessly moving out some of the poo, but you do need to drink a lot of water with it, which can be annoying before bed because I have to get up a couple times to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
I have to swallow them with my head down with the pill at the back of my throat because it floats.

This is only my 2nd day of taking this colon supplement. It does help with bloating and helps formed bowel movements. I hope it is cleansing my colon and removing waste and toxins. It is a little too early to tell if I have increased energy yet. A serving size is 2 capsules a day. There are only 15 servings or 30 capsules per bottle. In my opinion, this product is a little pricey. That about sums it up.
