My dentist recommended this because I have gum disease. So far I love it! I can feel it working deep under the gums where the floss can't reach. I haven't been using it long enough to see how it affects my teeth, but I have a good feeling. The only downside is, it's big and a pain when traveling, but that's about it.

I like this product, but next time I'll buy one with a cord to plug into the wall outlet. This thing blows through batteries

this is my first time buying/using a water flosser. and i have to say i was skeptical because of the price. i looked everywhere and was so stressed because every product always has some negative reviews. now, since this is my first time using one i'm not sure how the strength is supposed to be. however, i will say this is definitely not too strong. and it is definitely not weak at all. i truly feel like this is perfect, the head itself doesn't swivel which i thought would be an issue but it's really not! because of its size it's really easy to maneuver. would be great to travel with.

some issues i've read about water flossers in general is that they're messy, run out of water fast, and get moldy. not be to crass but those people may not be the brightest. do not turn the device on unless it is in your mouth. do not take it out of your mouth. turn it off before removing it from your mouth, and it is mess free.
it is going to run out of water sort of quickly, however not as quick as i expected! i only filled it up three times. and even so, way easier than regular flossing.
now the mold issue, that is based off how you take care of it. just like nature, if it has constant water flow (is being used every day at least once a day) it will not get moldy. if you forget about it, yeah. it's going to get moldy. so use that as your motivation to keep flossing!
this product is great and i would 100% recommend this product to somebody.

I use it every night before or after I brush. The only annoyances I've found are that the batteries last, at most, a month, but I guess I could buy better batteries to remedy the problem. I need to remember to clean it, too, because it can get dirty, especially inside. I've cleaned mine with white vinegar and a little toothbrush, and it looked like new. It's important to keep the little flap open at night and lay it on its side, so the inside dries out. The only other annoyance was the base, where you unscrew the piece that reveals the batteries. There's a learning curve you'll have to travel to figure out how to get it off most easily. Sometimes it's very hard to remove, but if these 76-year-old hands can do it, so can yours.

The reservoir which holds the water could be bigger. I'm not through flossing when it runs out.
