This lacks a little bit on the low end. New strings might help a little. I got one with some wonderful dark striation. Which looks great with the white checkerboard pattern.
Excellent value Price point guitar two thumbs up

Plays well, exhibits a balanced tone with much more low end than expected, excellent string spacing. Perfect for finger style players. The finish is well done and the instrumental resonates front to back. The frets will need some polishing it's a 9 out of 10 on my check list. Now if only they made a koa version..... hint hint
Parlor Body Style

Guitar is well built, the Parlor Body Style/Size is perfect for me, and the guitar has a very good tone.
Amazing Value

I've owed this since January and I absolutely love this guitar. I think I got pretty lucky when I got it because it was only $280 brand new when I purchased it. $280 for a FULLY SOLID guitar with a hard shell case. Now it did need a few turns with the handy dandy hex key, but after that it was all good. It sounds awesome with some Daddario xs's. The price of this guitar gets pretty low so I would wait until it gets to that $350 mark then jump on it because it is a awesome value.
