The strap is very easily tangled!!!
Seems every bag I purchase expensive or not sorry to say the strap's always need work tangles up or uncomfortable. I mean really these straps need work. Yes I know this was a cheap bag the bag is not the problem I'll say it one more time!!! STRAPS are horrible. Slides off gets tangled. Ok I am done lol sorry. Hopefully the manufacturer is reading our reviews.

I really like the bag, but am disappointed to see it disintegrating at the strap area after only six months of use. The velcro close at the main outside pouch also lost its strength after about three months. The design is excellent and versatile. It does what I wanted it to do as far as being compact yet useful for holding the things I want to bring with me, but unfortunately the materials are weak.

It does have hooks for left shoulder as well but I find the actual curve of the bag is natural for the right shoulder and curves naturally across the front.

It arrived a day before I was informed. Opening my package I seen the over the shoulder strap was put together with a twist in it. I had to take the buckles apart and straighten it out. Took me a few to put it back together but I got it.
