Overall great defense product. Looks somewhat like a gun in the dark, could prevent attack for that reason alone. It shoots up to 10 feet. Not sure the volts or how long it'll keep someone on the ground, but can hit the button again, I believe. Better than pepper spray. Wish it had a need charge button, and the alarm is weak, about 80 Decibels. Better than pepper spray/tear has alone. The light works nice and the laser too. Like the recharge feature. Dirt cheap defense product to carry, although a regular gun is much better.

I like it for tje price mine works im sure a lot of these have malfunctions but i just got lucky it's a hit or miss with any tasier this cheap so if works for you great if yours doesn't work than just send it back for a refund
