After a brief conversation with John I ordered the mailbox kit. I couldn't have been more pleased with how well made it was and how easy it was to install. The instructions were well laid out and the video instructions were very well done thanks to Beightlight Mailboxes' marketing person (Michelle). The only place I deviated from them was when I used the Sika Post Fix product instead of concrete. In my opinion it made the job even easier.

I Absolutely LOVE my Brightlight mailbox! It's really well made and so beautiful. I couldn't wait until it got dark outside so I could see how it measured up at night. It did not disappoint one bit. The numbers were bright and definitely easy to see at night. My neighbors also commented on how I have the best looking mailbox in my cul-du-sac. Not the mention if you have a question or a problem, the owner of the company will personally answer the phone and answer or correct any issue you may have during the installation process.

The mailbox came with very clear installation instructions. When I first received it, I thought it was going to be really tall, but then I realized it had a long base to make it more stable in the ground. It was missing the brackets to attach the address numbers. However, as soon as I submitted the request to have those replaced, someone from the company called me within hours, and immediately sent them out. To me, that is what makes a company great. No company is perfect, but how they respond when something goes wrong, defines who they are as a company.

I was a little nervous on speding close to $500 for this mailbox due to the reviews shown. But I did, read the direction and installed it.
Be sure to flick it to either the cool white or warm white light, if you don't do this it will not turn on.
Lights up on 3 sides, so besure you setup the arm and mailbox in the correct direction as well.
Strong powder coated steel tube. Dug mine 18" into the ground and pour fast set concrete mix.
Works very well, neighbor complimented the look and how it light up.
No issue, no worries and works as expected.

Quality product. Well built. Easy installing. Would be a 5 star but it was advertised as all white and it came with black plastic end caps. It is fine but they should have been upfront about them. When I called they said that they switched to the black as the white were discoloring in the sun. For the money I would have thought they could of used metal.
As I said quality heavy duty and lights up extremely well at night and stays lit all night.
