I don't think I've ever tried beets before this, so I was very surprised at how earthy it tasted. Keep in mind I dump a scoop in my mouth and swig it down with water. Not a bad taste, but might be better in soups, shake, etc.. I plan on buying it again in the future. Thanks for the awesome quality of this product!
