All in all it was a good buy. These were a lot prettier in person. They are not too sheer but sheer enough to let light thru. The embroidery is obviously machine done but very nice and sturdy.

These curtains are beautiful! They are white with a dusky cerulean blue, floral embroidered pattern. They are light but not unsubstantial. They are semi-sheer. You can see through them but they give a hazy view, which I like very much. I use mine from (near) ceiling to (near) floor in my (Benjamin Moore : Capri) blue artroom / office. I love them and would recommend them without reservation.

Fabric has a very attractive drape and weight, and came out of the package with almost no creases or wrinkles. Very reasonably priced for surprising quality. I didn't realize immediately that they have both a plain rod pocket AND a pocket/ruffle header option depending on which end you use. Clever. Sheerness level is perfect. I had to alter length for front window, not a problem. Thrilled with the results.
