Excellent upgrade

I am very pleased, thus far. This is a substantial upgrade from my old stud finder......granted, it was 10 years old. I especially like the center stud indicator. I've used twice already and it's been dead on each time. Great value for the $$.

Bought this stud finder to help me hang stuff in a new house. The product is dead simple to use, pretty intuitive, and quick. I tested it on a few surfaces and scanning modes. My current condo has those aluminum studs, and both metal and stud mode find it quickly, with the metal mode being much more sensitive to the general location and stud mode locating the edges and center precisely. I have no complaints and at first glance this is a great product, but I will come back and adjust my review as needed if my experience in using this tool over a longer period of time differs significantly from initial impressions.

This tool has performed wonderfully (as expected) and meets or exceeds my prior Stud finder (which the Nabini replaced).
The Nabini stud finder also meets and exceeds my magnetic stud finders which cannot find studs behind walls that do not have nails or screws in them. The Nabini is easy to use, easy to read, and does not mark the walls when looking for studs. I've been very happy with my selection and would recommend this to anyone at home or professional needing a reliable stud finder.

Worked fine out of the box. Upgrading garage so it was used to check for metal and wood studs. Came with a full set of instructions that helped in sorting through the features. Update: works OK for locating nails in vertical wood studs but a little cumbersome and not as easy to read when standing on a ladder and using it overhead trying to find ceiling studs. I found a magnetic stud finder worked much better.

I used the Nabini to locate studs to hang some larger heavy art. While mapping out the wall I found a couple of AC lines right where I was planning on securing part of the art work. This influenced where we placed the art. My old stud finder did not have hidden wire location functions so this was a nice bonus for a stud finder and prevented me from hitting a wire while securing the wall mount. I did have to go back and forth a few times to insure where the exact center of the stud was however once I got use to how it functions it worked smooth. Just remember to buy a 9V battery when you order it.
