I received the ultra hoop in a timely fashion and I had just a little bit of a struggle getting my hoop started, so I gave ultrapoi a call and got AMAZING customer service from one of the cofounders, Steven! He was very kind, patient, and helpful in helping me figure out how to get my hoop started. The hoop is very comfortable in my hands and it's definitely easier to control over a typical hula hoop you'd find at target. They put a lot of work into getting you a product that you are extremely happy with and I'm over the moon!

I love everything about it except it was a little small for me. If I were to order again I'd get a bigger size, but that's my fault. It's cool and the lights change on their own - I wish I could control them with a remote or something.
