The media could not be loaded. This is my first time trying wheatgrass juice. My wife and I have been taking it for a week in the morning as a health/energy supplement.
I really like the Lemon flavor. It's subtle and barely sweet (it has a bit of all natural Stevia sweetener and natural lemon extract), but tastes very smooth.
Tastes a bit like an iced greed tea with lemon juice.
One of the more UNEXPECTED BENEFITS is that it's massively enhanced our libidos.
Our diet/nutrition has remained the same, and the wheatgrass juice was the only new thing we added to our diet for the week.
It's a very powerful aphrodisiac. Did some research and apparently it improves blood flow and what not, which explains that.
Aside from that, I always feel a nice energy boost afterwards.
I just mix a scoop with 8 ounces of spring water and drink it with my breakfast.

The first time I took a shot of it, I could feel it within minutes. It had a fantastically potent anti-inflammatory effect that I have only ever experienced by taking stinging nettle... Like a cooling sensation coursing through my veins, with puffiness visibly disappearing from the inflamed parts of my body. I was thrilled, to say the least.
When I read that the powdered wheatgrass juice rather than the powdered wheatgrass itself was much more bioavailable and potent, I jumped on board and purchased this tub. I'm sorry to say, I have not noticed any effects after changing over to this wheatgrass juice powder. In fact, I can't feel it at all. Can't tell it's working and get no noticable benefit.
I get a long energy boost and feel full for 1-2 hours from the regular wheatgrass. This stuff? Nothing. Will not purchase again. Can't recommend.
