I have been searching walk-in stores and online high and low for the perfect bag and this bag is nearly perfect! I love it!. My criteria were:
1) A big with a wide enough bottom to fit pre-made salads, prep-meals, or frozen meals without turning them on their edge. This bag meets that criteria for most typically-sized items.
2) A bag with compartments. I sometimes like to bring items for lunch that must be kept cold and those items that I prefer to separate from those cold items (like a small soup thermos). This bag has a main insulated compartment, and two decently sized side compartments. There is also a small zip pocket for keeping things such as utensils, condiment packets, etc.

Although not part of my official criteria, there were 3 bonus pleasant surprises I discovered about the bag includes:
a) It appears easy to clean. The inside is made of sturdy foil-like material which appears easy to wipe and keep clean. In addition, the outside of the bag is made of a coated like soil proof material (think heavy duty wind breaker), that will help prevent soiling from setting in.
b) The bag is sizeable but not too big. I ordered another bag as I was undecided about which to order. It fits most of the criteria, but is WAY too big. I wouldn't want to carry it in addition to my work bag.
c) It is tall enough to hold a regular sized drink.
d) The insultated container zips close.

If you are looking for a stylish, versatile, well-designed lunch bag for work, this is it! I may buy another.

This bag is adorable! I really love the way it's made, too. It's roomier than it looks and can hold a lot of things, but if it's not full of stuff it doesn't take up much space. The bag I had been using was really large even when empty or when I didn't have a lot of items in it. This one is the perfect size for almost any amount of food. The zippered compartment unzips all the way down the sides so it's easy to pack and unpack. The open pockets are large and come in handy for things that don't need to stay hot or cold. I use them for grab-no-go snacks and for napkins/utensils. There's a small zippered pocket on the front, too.

I haven't used it yet but I was pleasantly surprised at how much bigger and how much more room it has in it then I thought it would. I love it has 3 separate compartments so I can keep my wallet and phone separated from food items. Looks like good quality and It came packaged well too. Can't wait to use It!

Perfect for keeping breast milk and pumping parts cold during a long work day. I line the inside with a canvas bag (to keep the lunch bag clean), then add an ice pack, my pumping bottles with attached flanges, a kitchen towel, and a jar. It keeps everything cold for a 10-hour day in the office, and it's big enough for a second ice pack if needed. I bring either a smaller or larger mason jar depending on how long my day is (I prefer this to keeping the milk stored in plastic). I also bring a spare lid for the pumping bottles just in case I exceed the capacity of my jar. Also, here's a busy mama trick: keeping the bottles and flanges refrigerated (or in this cooler) allows you to skip washing stuff between pumping sessions if you don't have access to a sink.

This purchase is a replacement for the exact same lunch bag I destroyed. It's been the only one I've found that could hold several glass containers and an ice pack. Others are either too large (cooler size) or too small (sandwich and an apple size). I wish it were even a tiny bit larger but managed with the other. My only wish would be for it to be machine washable. I ruined the other one by trying to wipe the inside with a harsh cleaner, so I I have to be more careful. Overall a great bag.
