Really pleased with the flavor of this! Good coconut flavor without overpowering the dessert. Great to use for baked goods and raw recipes - frosting, whipped cream, etc. Some emulsions have a strong taste and/or smell that's chemical but this was very natural tasting. I bought this to replace an old brand I recently had a bad experience with and am very happy! Will definitely continue to use.

Love this! I bought the coconut as my husband wanted a southern coconut cake for his birthday with coconut cream cheese frosting. Great coconut taste, nothing fake about it. I used in both the cake and frosting. The bottle said use 1 tsp for every tsp you use in extract. I tried and doubled and it was perfect. I am going to order some other flavors!!!
