These are a pantry staple for me. Excellent for hangovers or easy breakfast/lunch/dinner. Lasts forever with the sealed packaging so you can horde these. They taste amazing if cooked properly with the proper amount of fat in your pan. Leaves a beautiful crust with a soft interior. You can add your own ingredients to enhance the product if you'd like which I typically do. I have a friend who used to visit Switzerland every year and bring back packaged rosti like this and this product is close or exactly the same quality and taste. Highly recommend.
