20 pack is not the same as the 12

I had purchased the set of 12 2.5x3.5 previously, and they were perfect for what I needed. The longer side was open for slipping in the photos and the shorter sides were closed. I loved them so much, I figured the 20 pack would be a great deal - except that they are not the same as the 12 pack, even tho the size and dimensions are. If you look at the product picture, the 20 pack is narrower, because the longer sides are sealed and the narrow side is where you insert the photos.
The quality is still good, but with the same dimensions these narrower openings were not going to be as easy to use for me.
I'll exchange for the one I need, which is great, and consider the higher price per frame part of getting what I need.
