I just got it but giving it 5 stars because I'm just so happy it paired with my Goodbaby cameras. We've used the Goodbaby monitor for years, and have multiple cameras. The receiver went bad and couldn't find one to repurchase. This looked very similar so I bought it, and it worked! I can't speak to the functionality and durability as of yet.

Before I had this one I tried 2 other baby monitors they were so difficult to set up so my friend told me about this one and I ordered it and plugged it up and it was ready to go I said dang that was easy ! It has great picture , sound and it has 2 way talk, you can play a lullaby for your baby on it, it tells you the temperature of the room and the lights on top turn red when they pick up any sound I love it!! And I can't forget to mention the price is good compared to others.

I only used this monitor for a week, and suddenly the baby unit completely stopped working. I just tried to use the company's website for product support, but the server cannot be found.
UPDATE: I could NOT find a good website for product support, but I found my original packaging, where the support email was clearly listed. The representative answered quickly and requested a photo or video of my problem. She sent me a replacement (the whole set) within a week. I have only used the new set for a week now, so I cannot speak for its longevity. However, I was very pleased with their response.

Uses a charger to be on. It has a battery but I'm not sure how long that lasts as my son doesn't take very long naps. For bedtime it's great because when I wake up in a panic that he is not okay, I can just look at him and go back to sleep rather than going to his room to check.
