I needed arch support in new athletic-brand slides that have none. Because slides are open where an arch support would go, I wanted something small-ish, stick-on, & virtually invisible. These clear arch supports filled the bill. I had to reposition them in several times first, but glad that they didn't lose stickiness in the process. The arch "bubble" is quite firm, so it took a little getting used to, and they got more comfortable. I've only had them a short while but so far, so good. They give me some support, plus they help hold my foot more securely in the slide (a big plus in my case).

I have very high arches and also have had past spinal injuries, and it's also very very hard to find supportive beautiful shoes or shoes that just do the job. This add in is one of the best buys as it gives me support in the area I need the most. It keeps my musculoskeletal frame from shifting too much when I'm in movement. Without the supports, I have feet pain that is overwhelming that I can barely walk. It also results in an total body effect; my muscles from my feet up to my neck in every area cramp so much that I am unable to function. These little guys, truly, do help with reducing the muscle cramps and pains I get if I hadn't had the added support. One of the best solutions without the use of OTC or RX from a physician.
