Battery light came on and it never worked again once battery changed

It stopped working at the 2 year mark. I replaced the battery when the indicator came on but the device never worked again. I tried 4 batteries thinking that I had purchased a bad batch and each time the device powered on and showed low battery light but nothing else. Seller says 3 year lifespan but mine only lasted for 2.

Very professional product. I am so glad I purchased this product since I travel and stay in a variety of places I can sleep well knowing I will wake up alive and well. Especially now that a traveler has so many options on where to stay homes, rentals of dubious nature, motels old and new etc. I contacted customer service to ask a question and got an almost immediate response. Which is rare in these times where some companies have horrible customer this company gets A+++ A+++ for customer service. If you do not spend a few bucks to sleep well then all I can say is good luck.
Most detectors only react at 70 ppm and only go off after 8 hours. At this ppm it can be lethal.
