Disappointed with fit and quality

Was really great. Runs large. Seller was great and exchanged my medium for a small in a matter of days but still too large. Still looked fun. Definitely size down a lot. I am 5'6 and 135lbs. 36DD Regular dress size 8. Looking at the size chart I should have gotten the medium but even the small was laced up to the maximum and loose. I think it would have been prettier in an Xsmall so I could have had the corset effect. Otherwise the dress is really pretty and well made. I think if I had the smaller size I would have been in love and worn it to the grocery store. That being said; I highly recommend this dress to ladies who are more full in the bust or hourglass. You will be very pleased. Very flattering.

I LOVE this dress. I am 5'8" and weight about 195 pounds. I bought an xl and the corset is really big. I wish I could get it tighter but I'd rather it run big than to small. It's honestly a pretty dress but I don't think I would like it as much without my belt on it.

I love this dress. It's amazing. Great quality! Based on the reviews, I took the time to take my measurements and use the chart to order. According to the chart I ordered a 2XL, it was huge. So then I ordered a Large, it was also too big. As a last ditch effort I ordered the medium and express shipped it to arrive the day of the event. It came one time and fit perfectly. Remember this is a corset so the there is a lot of play in the sizing. I never would have picked a medium based on my measurements. I LOVE this dress, I got so many compliments on it and I felt amazing wearing it.

Dress is very beautiful, good quality. A little on the long side so I wound up trimming the tulle train and using it to make a veil for my hair. Ran a little bigger than expected. My only real complaint is that the corset while very pretty is not a very functional corset. I like to be able to tighten my laces tightly and really cinch my waist in, but it's lacking the structure to effectively do that. Even at its tightest my waist looked very close to my natural waist, but the way the colors are placed is very visually slimming and gives the illusion of a slimmer waist line. Corset is more for looks than function, I added a black belt to help it a little. On the plus side it's extremely comfortable so if you want the look of a corset with a lot of comfort this is a great costume for you. Worth the price.
