Good customer service
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•September 30, 2023
Due to misinformation in the Customer Questions, I bought this bag not realizing it wasn't right for my purposes. The bag itself is beautiful and well made with plenty of organization and features. If it worked for me I would definitely keep it.
I returned it only because it wasn't the right fit, and customer service was kind enough to refund me in full because the error was due to a random customer answering a question incorrectly. I don't know why Amazon allows this but it isn't the sellers fault.

3 Years and going strong

After 3 years and 20+ trips, this bag is still in great shape and carries a lot of stuff. I usually have 50 pounds of photo gear in it. No problems with zippers, no rips. Some minor scuffs from airline baggage handling, but that's to be expected these days.
Great duffel to travel with

This is a large, tough duffel that holds a lot of clothes and gear. The duffle is light but when you fill it up it can get heavy. Just got back from Japan, moving in and out if hotels, traveling on planes, trains, the Bullet, taxis, trolleys, you name it, and and this duffel worked perfectly.
Took this on a cruise to Europe and back

This held up very well, 2 cruise ships, 1 land tour, 1 flight. No problems at all with zippers or closure. Heavy duty cloth protects items within. Collapses sufficiently when empty to fit under the bed. Loaded to 50-60 pounds with no oroblems. Wheels held up with no problems. Main zippers (2) will accept standard TSA luggage locks. Olive color is nice. Overall pleased with this purchase.
Consolidation from two to one…works great for what I needed so far.

I liked most everything about the bag. I travel for business and usually travel for extended periods; thus I used to carry two 50lb suitcases hard shell. Though I couldn't find one durable enough that withstood the terrible baggage handling, after less than a dozen trips my wheels would be busted, bottom plastic broken or had holes in the side walls. Then I got to thinking; my friend traveled with a sea bag but they don't have wheels nor extended handle and can weight a lot (dead weight). I eliminated enough to keep it to 70 lbs and have what I needed in one go.
Cons:
Bottom durability is showing some wear on the material front, I'll attach a photo. And sometimes if the weight distribution isn't right the bag won't stand on its own well, leaning and can fall over.
Also the two straps that close with Velcro in the duffel bag position comes apart easily and can snag on the luggage and conveyor belt, so I usually put a cheap zip tie to hold it together before checking the bag.
And just a word of caution regarding the zipper protector, over the extendable handle, if the zipper pull isn't tucked in well enough it can catch on parts of the taxi trunk and rip apart the zipper; I was successful in repairing it but use caution when loading.
