While i like the lightweight design There is no hight adjustment for this mower. I will have to buy bigger wheels for it because it gets bogged down on the smallest clump of crab grass causing the battery to die quicker. It has taken me 3 days to cut this lawn due to having to charge it every few minutes due to the clumps of grass this damn thing gets bogged down on. If I didn't need this stupid thing I would return it. 😒

The company was very nice and told me that there actually IS an adjustment but it's underneath the deck. Now that it's the proper hight I can mow my entire lawn on 1 charge.

I'm impressed with the power and quality of cut. But if you don't have very flat clump free,zero sticks and stones lawn, be careful. It cut around my house yard very well and the charge lasted roughly a quarter acre. The grass on the other side of the driveway is mostly crab grass and weeds with the occasional dirt clod thrown in. It didn't do so well. It kept stopping and something I hit blew a hole right through the bag. So use it on urban postage stamp sized manicured lawns without hesitation.
Absolute junk.

Bought the mower in 2021. It was great at first but couldn't handle the grass after a month. Pulled it apart to make sure nothing was preventing it from working right and it didn't make a difference well fall 2022 comes along I rolled it out like normal to mow and it wouldn't turn on seeing as it came with a warranty I called Amazon to get the warranty replacement or repair in place so I would be able to mow again they refused so I called sunjoe/snowjoe. They replaced it not even 4 months later the replacement junked out sunjoe refuses to replace the replacement. So if you want to buy junk go ahead it'll just die out on you randomly and they will tell you to buy more of their garbage products.
Glad I bought it but had some minor disappointment.

The set was pictured with a side-discharge chute, which I discovered later, was not included. I tried to order it but not only was it unavailable, but will cost me an additional $29.95 in cost. The grass catcher which was sent instead quickly fills-up and falls off and is awkward for me, a senior, to attach and remove. A tip is to stand the mower upright against a wall or a tree to gain better access to the device. That is my only complaint. I like the clipper trimmer set that I ordered with it.

So far, so good! I have a sodded area 80 x 12 foot that my lawn company will not cut because they use riding mowers and this area is hard for them to access. I am getting to know my new Sun Joe. Had to learn how to adjust my height....the front is a little harder to set than the back wheels but finally got it. The charge is lasting the whole time. Easy to attach the bag. For several years I've used a Dyson rechargeable vacuum and love it and hoped the Sun Joe mower would prove to be as easy to use and it is! Thumbs up on this purchase.
