First time we purchased equipment from across international .we received our drying oven and freezers packed well . Also customer centre lady mailed us all the tracking information in advance . The technical engineer explained us all the installation process on zoom call . We have being using the oven in our lab past 1 month without any issues .
Will update accordingly after more use and testing.

Only did a test run but once you figure out the controls it seems good and it's the nature of any oven unless your paying 10x the price to have to play with variables but they seem to have it programmed well. I'll be using it much more starting in January when I move as a curing oven.
Build quality seems really good and it's so much bigger than the measurements lead you to believe internally. I was quite surprised and delighted I think I'm going to be able to accommodate a lot more then I realized. It was cheaper going through Amazon then directly to them or through their website mainly because of freight and being a Prime member.
Handle is plastic but feels solid and door seals well. I think I could get a problem through the adjustable outlet for the forced convection. But with my cheapo thermometer if it's correct I don't see much fiddling.
There's probably over 20 different variables you can change if you need to tweak this oven so don't worry about getting oven and if it's going to be a few degrees off. They also list all the parameters it originally set it up with which is great because once you start feeling you don't want to not be able to go back
I do not believe that mine is as pictures with a port on the side that's an add-on so if you need customization I would contact across International directly and go through them but I just figured I'd be losing heat in this not much use of the port for me.
The company did say that it could be added at a later time but obviously you would have to either buy the part and do it yourself or have a service center near you otherwise I can't see it being worth it to make a modification like that. Very nicely crated. I know it's all pre-cut wood and stuff but if it was expensive would it would almost be like a beautiful cabinet it's grated so good and strong
