Bought the old (original) model in 2017. Had a bit of a problem getting to make friends with TVIO but since then OK. It does require a reboot but otherwise 6 good years. At the time they were just getting started and tech support was OK. Guess things have changed

With the new Directv receivers, you can only have one television per unit. With the VECOAX MINIMOD-2 you can connect other televisions to the one Directv receiver. I have televisions all over my house and garage and work shop. I can connect them all to one receiver and never miss a program while I go about my day working in and around the house. Great product! It is a bit pricey, but very convenient. It was easy to set up, just follow the instructions. DISLIKES! To retain my HDMI to the main television, I also had to purchase an HDMI Switch with one input and two outputs. It has an auto switch mode, so no need to switch back and forth for the other televisions. After about four hours, the MINI-2 will shutdown and cause your main television to blink and lose its programing. All you have to do is turn off the television and turn it back on.
