Nice taste. Kinda expensive for a small portion of juice.
Absolutely Delicious!!

I wanted to give this Plum Extract Syrup from Korea a try in making our Kimche, and am so glad I did! Not only do I think it actually made our Kimche even more delicious, but I have used it in other Asian recipes as well (mainly Korean). It also is great to add a little flavor to your Soju or Sake, too! Add just a little bit of this syrup to the bottom of your glass, add the Soju or Sake and you have a great plum-flavored drink!! Thank you!!
Great Taste!

Very concentrated so it's a great value for the money. I bought it for a recipe but it tastes so good as it is with cold sparkling or plain water. I may have to order a second one.
This stuff is awesome

A Korean recipe I was making called for this. I love it. I now use it for any time sugar is called for in any recipe. The "plum" part is not excessive and it works in Italian to pickling! I love it!
Tastes like ume

I use this to make ume ice cream in the Ninja creami breeze (mixed with some cream, milk, and a drop of red food coloring). I'm used to Japanese ume-flavored stuff and wasn't sure if this would be exactly the same, but I don't notice any difference. Ume ice cream is incredible but hard to find, and making it so easily at home whenever I want feels ridiculously decadent.
