A Korean recipe I was making called for this. I love it. I now use it for any time sugar is called for in any recipe. The "plum" part is not excessive and it works in Italian to pickling! I love it!

Tried plum tea at a hole in wall ramen/Asian restaurant during a road trip and it was absolutely amazing! (Food was great too!) So I of course Googled how to make it and it lead me here. Now, the flavor was on point and this is a concentrated add in. So you have to measure it out per Oz of tea. (For me anyways) it took alot more than recommended to get the same flavor. It's also much better chilled than hot!
