Worth a try, but not for me. I prefer the softer cushions.
Fits as expected.

Good price. Not bad for the money.
Discontinued? What a shame!

I bought this for less than $13.00 in May 2021. Worked great, for some reason the gel from one side of the nostril started leaking. I guess can't complain for 2 years of use. What shocks me now is this cost $40!? Will make due with cheaper models :(
Game changer but at what price?

I seriously doubt it truly needs to be this expensive but desperate times/ desperate measures etc. Worth it for me as it's the most comfortable CPAP interface I've used. It just better not break anytime soon....
best mask fitting for my high pressure needs

The nasal gel pillows are more comfortable that a nose cup or face mask and better fitting than a nose cushion. My pressure setting is 10-20 and all other types tend to lift off my face and leak when the 20 kicks in, but these nasal gel pillows have stayed in place. I can also sleep comfortably on my side without developing an air leak from the pressure against the side of the mask setup. Sometimes when i first put on this mask I have to sort of wiggle and twist the nasal ports so they sit comfortably and don't just push air against the inside of my nostrils, but it only takes a second.
