I'm only going to give it a four-star because it has issues. But everything with CPAP has a little bit of an issue. It does a job and protects my nose. It's lightweight, its comfortable, it doesn't feel awkward or gross. The difficult part is getting the mask and headgear on after it. you have to hold it in place while getting your mask and head gear on. It's just not sticky enough to stay on its own. it's also a little weird getting it cleaned just right to be able to use a a second night. I haven't been successful with that yet. That being said I would highly recommend this. it helps seal those tiny gaps and adds a layer of comfort that make cpap much more comfortable.
Worked for what I needed until I got switched to another cpap.
