I have a Ab Doer Twist manufactured in Aug 2010. I was hesitant these resistance rods would work but I saw a review from another Twist user that said they would so I purchased them and they indeed do work. I am not sure if the depression in my Ad Doer Rod is normal but I did have to take a plyers and slightly pry open the tube ( see photo, bottom of tube). The bottom of the tube had a slight depression preventing the rod to fit in. After opening it up slightly the rod fits and twists into place and works great.

The Ab-Doer 360 we purchased came with a standard 2-Pack back roller which wasn't enough for my large frame. I was feeling more metal than cushion while exercising. So we purchased the 6-Pack roller to cushion more of the metal. Now, what to do with single roller? I found that if you raise it to the top position there is room below it to install the larger roller as well, making the 6-Pack into an 8-Pack for a full rolling massage from neck to tailbone.

I am very disappointed in the Ab-Doer company for not including the 6-Pack roller in the first place, but I am pleased that it can be combined with the 2-Pack roller to make an 8-Pack which "cushions" my frustration a little bit.

The extra rollers are a nice addition...however, I customized them in order to make them more versatile for exercise! The way they came may be good for a back massage, however, I wanted to be able to have several rollers behind me while working out with the Ab Doer! Because the bar had such a bend in it, the bottom 2 rollers really stuck out into your lower back and so kind of prevents you from getting a good lean back with it...it really needed to be more flat lying against the machine to still be able to use for exercise...so I turned it into a 4-pack! I cut away the bottom 2 rollers and then filed away any metal burrs...then I took the plastic cap from where it was on the bottom of the now cut away rollers and stuck it into the bottom of the center bar of the 4 rollers. Once you connect it to the machine along with the 2 rollers that came with the machine, you now have a flat lying 6-pack of rollers that still enables you to do the exercises while having several comfortable rollers behind you!

I really recommend this as an addition to the 360 Doer especially for back issues. My husband loved it right away! It shouldn't be as expensive though to upgrade to this.
